3. Accounts

4. Purchases, Boxes, and Rewards

All box purchases are final. The contents of each box are determined by a provably fair system at the time of opening. Estimated odds are displayed before purchase. Items revealed may be shipped, vaulted, or sold back subject to the options available at the time.

5. Wallet and Payments

Funds added to your WatchBox wallet may be used to purchase boxes and services on the platform. Balances are not interest-bearing. Withdrawals and refunds are subject to our payment policies and applicable law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to manipulate outcomes, using automated tools to interact with the platform, creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, or engaging in any fraudulent or unlawful activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on WatchBox, including trademarks, logos, text, and software, is the property of WatchBox or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Brand names of watches shown are the property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WatchBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform or other users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
